NDIS

(Fees for NDIS participants are set in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide rate of $156.16 per hour.)

• 60 minutes:
  $156.16 + $37.83 (15 minutes non–face-to-face)
  Total: $193.99

• 45 minutes:
  $117.12 + $28.38 (11 minutes non–face-to-face)
  Total: $145.50

NIISQ and Self-fund

(Price includes non–face-to-face time)

• 60 minutes: $193.99

• 45 minutes: $145.50

Travel

Travel charges are dependent on location and scheduling. Please enquire to confirm the applicable fee.

Cancellation Policy

• 0–12 hours before appointment or without notice: Full fee

• 12–24 hours before appointment: 50% fee

• 24–48 hours or more before appointment: No fee

We kindly request advance notice for any cancellations to allow for potential rescheduling.

Important: The full session fee applies if the client is not present for a scheduled home visit unless there are extenuating circumstances (as determined by Cicada Music Therapy).
